How accurate is the instant estimate?
It uses the same prices we quote from. We confirm the final price before any work starts: we look at the driveway for snow clearing, the pool and equipment for pool care, and the load itself for junk removal. If anything changes the price, we tell you first.
Snow clearing
When does the season run, and when do you come?
November 15, 2026 to April 15, 2027. Seasonal customers are cleared every time 5 cm or more falls, seven days a week, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
Do you clear the bank the city plow leaves?
Yes, on every plan and every single visit. The City doesn't clear it.
What if we get a huge winter?
Your seasonal price stays the same however much snow falls. No storm surcharges on seasonal plans.
How do I pay for a season?
Up front, or in three equal payments on November 15, January 1 and February 15. Book before November 15 and save $50.
Pools, lawns and the rest
When can I book pool openings and lawn care?
Booking for spring 2027 opens now. Openings run in May and June, weekly mowing from May to October.
Are pool chemicals included?
Water testing and balancing are included. Chemicals are billed at cost.
How do you price repairs?
$65 per hour with a one-hour minimum. Materials are billed at cost, with receipts.
